HerbalPro - Returns

Herbal Pro allows you to return product(s) that are in their original condition (unused, undamaged) within 7 days of receiving your order. These apply to most but not all of our products and are subject to our company policy.

Please ensure that you email sales@herbalpro.com to inform us that you are returning your product(s). Once we have received the product(s) and ensure that they have been unused and undamaged we will refund your money*. Return shipping costs are to be borne by you and it is recommended that you return the product via an insured shipping service that allows the package to be tracked.

Additionally, in-store returns are accepted but cash refund will take a minimum of 24 hours from the time of return.

  • Please note that, depending of method of payment, refunds can take up to two (2) weeks.
  • In order to qualify for a refund a receipt or proof of purchase must be presented.
  • Product(s) bought during a promotion cannot be refunded unless defective
  • Herbal Pro reserves the full and final rights of decision on whether the returned product(s) qualifies for a refund.
