HerbalPro - Returns


Herbal Pro permits returns when requested within 48 hours of receiving your order. After this time, refunds or exchanges are not possible. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging.

It is the customer's responsibility for arranging and paying for Shipping back to the location where the product was dispatched from. Upon sending the return please ensure a courier tracking number is provided to Herbal Pro. After Herbal Pro receives and inspects your return, we'll email you to confirm receipt and inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited automatically to your original payment method.


Cancellations are only permitted when requested for before the order has been dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched we are not able to cancel the order. This is because at this point it has already been handed over to a third party courier company.


Products purchased in a promotion cannot be returned unless defective.

Refunds – this can take up to two (2) weeks subject to your credit card companies policy.

Herbal Pro reserves the full and final rights of decision on whether the returned product(s) qualifies for a refund.
